As a Mental Health Trust, building new MH facilities we need to quantify the benefits of additional patient throughput….. have you done any work which provides a baseline on recovery…. For example xx% of people with severe conditions who attend as inpatients will move to a moderate condition and xx% will recover, xx% of people with moderate conditions will move to a manageable condition and xx% will recover?
